  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days of placement.
  • Made-to-order or personalized items may take up to 5 business days to process.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

5. Eco-Friendly Packaging

We ship all our products in sustainable packaging made from recycled materials. Your unboxing experience will be as planet-friendly as the product itself.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Hasn’t arrived within the estimated time
  • Was marked as delivered but not received
  • Arrived damaged or incomplete

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Cancellations & Delivery Refusals

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • If you refuse delivery or fail to accept the order, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
