At Fulkerya, we craft our products with love, care, and sustainability in mind. But if something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy to understand how we handle order returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- A valid order ID or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Opened or used eco-personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:
- Email us at connect@fulkerya.com with your Order ID, product name, and reason for return.
- Our support team will review and approve eligible requests within 3 business days.
- Once approved, ship the product to the return address we provide.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will initiate the refund:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
4. Exchange Policy
You may exchange a product for:
- A different size (where applicable)
- A different product of equal or lesser value (price differences will be refunded)
To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns and mention “Exchange” in the subject line.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? We’re truly sorry.
- Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@fulkerya.com
- Attach clear photos of the product and outer packaging
- We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund — your choice
6. Important Notes
- Fulkerya is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Please use a reliable courier with tracking.
- Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — we’ll contact you for the details.
